I love David's tea and I love that they give you a little bonus for bringing your own container if you buy 100 g or more. I went in and spent over 70 on various things including 100 g of 3 teas in my own containers. Asked the associate after I had paid if she remembered to discount for the containers. She said of course! Later checked my bill and she had lied to move me along. They were busy, but lying is not okay. Disappointed in the customer service at this location.

Ok the staff at the "Aberdeen Mall" are amazing!! I've not met a bad one yet. Very helpful, and nice. They always go above and beyond! The only downside is that I wish the store was bigger!!!
David's tea has a large amount of teas ! Christmas tea is my favorite it only comes out at Christmas the staff is very friendly and acknowledgeable!
