Went to buy a bar stool. The place is not crowded which is a good thing in the present lifestyle we live. They have a huge collection of furniture. I liked the layout of the store itself. The staffs are friendly and happy to help you through the purchase. The only thing I have given four stars is because I think they need some more staff inside the shop. Because it is a huge shop and if a customer needs help he has to go to the front desk to get the thing sorted out. Still, I'm not sure maybe it's because of the timing of purchase.

High quality furniture with very helpful staff at the Kamloops location. Also, product knowledge on the part of the staff is excellent. I dealt with Rob in sales and I got exactly the sofa I wanted. Rob also connected me with CFA where I bought a great refrigerator.

We are so pleased with the service we recieved. All staff were friendly and ready to help us with all our questions and concerns. We were looking for a specific recliner for a family member who had a recent surgery. Staff and management went above and beyond. Definitely recommend for all your housing needs.

Bought a couch the other day; I had only gone to browse after walking out of the store next door. I had been looking for a particular style that had to have certain features (feather and down stuffed) and removable cushions. I found the perfect modular piece that though, I don't have it yet, will be perfect. The piece I bought has rave reviews on the Ashley USA site and is compared favourably to very pricey similar items. I was helped by \GC\ who is new to the store but I liked his enthusiasm and willingness to help. I liked how they have an interactive large screen TV that you can use to see other colour options etc. Only thing I wouldn't suggest is leather furniture shopping....they sell bonded leather...understandable as true leather is very costly. I did though hear another sales person fully explaining to a customer what bonded leather was over real leather so at least they are honest!!!! Great experience overall.

Purchased a large sectional from Rob and had it delivered. Whole experience was great! He worked closely with us to get exactly what we were looking for and for a phenomenal price. Definitely will buy again.
