Great service and quick turn around throughout the holiday season. I would recommend Paul and Michelle any day as they do whatever they can to fix a blade and if it isn't cost effective to fix, they will let you know!

30 days to sharpen 3 blades! Decided to replace teeth without asking and charged the same price as 3 new blades would cost. Poor service, outrageous price. Never again! Jack

I don't believe Hank (previous review) has anything to do with this company anymore. They sharpened my knives for me and I quickly found that I had never had a truly sharp blade before. I rested my finger on it to feel the edge and it instantly cut in, won't be doing that again! Definitely knows sharp and super friendly.
