OK experience. Paid a retainer for surrogacy agreement. Due to the simplicity of our agreement, they actually were able to fulfill the requests and rather than billing us more, they refunded us almost 1,000 for unused retainer which was nice. I do recommend this team and their administrator Joan. Update: 11/2/2019 That being said, I feel the birth registration should be included in the fee but they separated it and wanted to charge 1,200 more for a simple declaration completion. Fortunately I saved over 90% by going to a notary.
