We were drawn to the description of a home like setting but didn't see that. There is no reception area. We conducted business in the pouring rain and were not offered a tour of the place we were leaving our puppy which made us uncomfortable. He was fine when we picked him after a few hours but we were not inspired to use this service again.

Very professional care in a homelike setting. Your dog will be safe and secure with personalised care to meet any and all needs. It is run by a former vet-tech with a life-long love of animals. You can be assured your dog will be well cared for.

My Lucy stayed there for 11 days. Came back to a nice clean dog. The owner is very professional. We have used her a few times now. If my dog did not like her or the place Lucy would have been hesitent to go in the second time like she does the vet. She loves it there
