My 2nd Mitsubishi. First one is an outlander which has 340k on it and still runs great. I have owned a Toyota Camry and currently own a Lexus and would rate Mitsubishi quality as good as or better than both. First experience at KW Mitsubishi. A small but very tight run ship. Jamie (sales) was very knowledgeable about different models and options. I know my cars very well and it puts me off if I know about a car more than the person selling it. Straightforward and no nonsense approach and tried his best to make the deal work. Jodi in finance was great and very nice and helped us with all the financing issues. Explained all the options and warranties available but was not aggressive like other dealerships. I haven't used their service department so cannot comment on their quality. Car was ready on time as promised. Still waiting for winter tires which are on the way so will have to make another trip. All in all Mitsubishi is a highly underrated brand being offered at a great price, specially with 0% financing. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for value for money and KW Mitsubishi and Jamie as I had a great experience.

To be honest I had been avoiding taking my car for service due to a few bad experiences in the past in a different city. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my recent experience at Mitsubishi Kitchener. Cam was constantly in touch and provided clear communication throughout the process. I went to this dealership yesterday to buy Mitsubishi Outlander and met Mr. Avery Kitchener. He is the best sales and leasing Consultant with complete thorough knowledge about the vehicle. A courteous, Polite, not pushy for sale and a go to man who explained all the features and even brought a test drive vehicle immediately without caring for -5degree weather outside. I wish all sales consultant or dealerships offer the same service as Mr. Avery provided to us. The whole experience was very professional and special.
