Workers showed up early and/ or on time which was wonderful. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves which was very nice to see. The only small thing I wish they did was to make contact with the homeowner before they left for the day so you know if they were finished, coming back etc. Other than that, awesome service and very nice staff.
I contacted KB Heating last minute to get a duct cleaning done at my rental property, and they fit me in that day. The guys who came were polite, efficient, and clean, and they both wore masks the whole time. It appeared one was training the other and he was great at explaining the process and teaching the new guy. I couldn’t be happier with the service KB provided.
We had our heating ducts cleaned this morning. The service from KB was excellent. Troy was on-time, friendly and courteous. I would hire them again and recommend them without reservation.
Got a part last year for my parents furnace, staff was very knowledgeable and great to deal with.
