Good store, they got lots of stuff for indoor and outdoor decor and more. Went there the other day (April 5/21)for a cat tower and one piece was broken and Michelle and Curtis were absolutely top notch people who tried to replace the part but couldn't and instead upgraded it at no extra cost without a question. These two deserve kudos for their awesome customer service. Thanks again you two and of course we'll be back!!

Went in here yesterday after the line at ikea scared us off, was pleasantly surprised, great selections, staff was super sweet and helpful, and they actually have some items up for much cheaper than they do in ikea. Will be going here more often! Highly recommend

Hi JYSK staff! I wish I got her name but I asked for some help on purchasing a floor model chair for my brother and the associate assisted me with my purchase. She took it to the cashier who is polite. I had trouble loading said chair in my little car but they gave me Allen key to take it apart. Thanks

Great experience. Found everything I was looking for with no problems. And even when they were only doing credit or debit because they were close right away, the cashier called up to see if she could take cash as it's all I had on me and they were able to do that for me.

The cashier Christine was the rudest cashier I ever encounter. She treats me like she's high & mighty. Issues with the wipes i put n the cart.But hello I'm not gonna leave it on the cart. I'm not even done with my purchase yet besides I'm still using the cart. I manage to maintain my composure coz it's not worth minding her miserable rude behavior. She over charge me with the items I bought & stamped final sale when n fact i did not get the other item. Luckily I'm sharp enough with numbers. The bottom line is that type of miserable rude Christine needs to have a training on how to deal with customers. I don't have any issues with the store product. Most of the staff got excellent customer service.But i need to give 1 star to improve christine's customer service & nobody deserves to be treated that way.
