Always cheerful and helpful with almost everything I have ever needed and more. Never leave a call unanswered. when I order findings and parts, they rarely make mistakes. I have been dealing with their firm for approx 20 years or more.
My boyfriend and I both had to take the afternoon off work to make an appointment with Don, which we were happy to do, given that we thought it would be worthwhile making the trip downtown from Surrey. Unfortunately we ended up waiting over an hour before we were told that Don couldn't see us that afternoon because he was very behind on too many things. This was especially frustrating considering we really went out of our way to make the afternoon worth it, and Don didn't even have the courtesy to come out and apologize himself, he sent his coworker. The staff that we dealt with were friendly and pleasant but it was not enough to make up for the incredible inconvenience and disappointment. The day ended up being a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this business.
