This store used to be so good. They had the most fun little gadget things. I don’t know if there was a change in ownership or just direction but I used to always find super fun things to buy when in Banff 5-6 times a year. Now... it’s just another souvenir store. At least they still have the zoltar machine. One of three in Canada.

I didn’t have a great customer experience at this store today. No eye contact, curt replies to questions, and zilch for customer service. However, the owner of the store was quick to reply to my review and I feel completely heard. So, it was a 1 star experience with one particular worker, but 5 stars for the management who believe in good customer service.
Stay away from this place . The item said 4.99 and when the Japanese girl scanned it and says 19.99 won’t honour the price. I told her to call her manager and she called some filipina lady who pretended to be the manager . Asked her for the owners number and then she couldn’t find the business card . Stay away
