I always enjoy the services at the salon , Angel did a good job washing my hair and blow-drying, Julzz always does a good job educating and answering questions about my hair. Great customer service, covid - complaint and very clean as well....

Beautiful, high-end salon with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lynn styled my hair for my CPA convocation and she did a wonderful job. The salon itself is very modern, clean, stylish and comfortable. And great music playing :) The stylists are so professional, they always ask if you need water or if they can get you anything and unlike some other salons, they won't make you wait if you have an appointment booked. I normally wear my hair in an afro (4c type hair) and had a silk press to straighten it. I had no idea my hair could get as straight as it is. It looks great. Since I haven't been to a salon in a long time my ends needed a trim, Lynn suggested taking 2-3 inches off but when I hesitated she was quick to suggest that we do a light trim (about 1 inch) and that we work on trimming the rest at follow-up appointments. I really appreciated that she gave me her professional opinion but at the same time was willing to compromise and make sure I was comfortable and happy. I love that all of their pricing for services are posted on the website. By far this was the best salon experience I've ever had. I will be back. Thank you ladies, you are wonderful :)
I've been going to Julzz for over 15 years. She has always done a great job of taking care of my hair and educating me along the way. She is knowledgeable, creative and exceptionally kind! Her staff is friendly, professional and welcoming. During COVID, they follow protocol 100% and take your safety seriously. I have and would recommend anyone to this salon.
Julietta not only did amazing work on my hair, but she also took the time to answer all my questions and educate me more on caring for my natural hair. I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism and quality of service. Thanks Julietta and I look forward to coming back soon!
This should be a ZERO! Brought my kids in a few times. They complained about my youngest infront of my oldest child as no one wanted to do her hair. If that was the case then maybe they should have just said no. The last 2 times their hair was done it was by a girl they hired that can clearly not braid hair. The next day the hair was coming out, pieces were sticking out and yet they refuse to fix it or give money back stating there are no refunds. So they put an inexperienced person to do the job, charge me the same amount and tell me I can't get it fixed or refunded. Way to take advantage of a customer. Talking bad about my kid while my other one listened in, talking bad about my husbands culture and giving my kids a terrible hair braid. This deserves a ZERO! You never let me know this until you were already done. Your staff told me to bring the cream so obviously they are. It trained well. You could have easily washed the hair and gotten it out. But never offered that. You also never offered to fix it I have the texts. No offer from you. Not only that having the hair greasy is bull. You use gel all the time in their hair. Having greasy hair shouldn't have any effect on how the extensions are not even. They were poking out at the top on ALL of her braids. This is poor workmanship. Not because of some gel.
Had a great experience here! Staff were friendly and professional, and knew exactly what I wanted. First time ever getting my hair twisted and Victoria did an amazing job, and the results came out looking better than what I expected!
I just moved here from the States and found Julzz Creations online. I have locs and went in to have my hair washed, retwisted and styled. Victoria did an amazing job! I had my hair done for my maternity photo shoot and it looked gorgeous! I will definitely be back. Glad I found a shop that uses good products and does a great job. They were clean and timely as well.
My hairstylist Jackie is the best I've been since moving to this city. She's quite talented!
