This is an amazing and biodiverse eco reserve. Visited here on a whale watching trip. When whales are present, boats must stay away. We waited and then visited the area. Confluence of currents with kelp and a wide variety of sea mammals including Stellar Sea Lions, Sealions, harbor seals and others.
