DON"T BOTHER WITH THESE SERVICES. He ruined every single blade I have, told me I would receive a refund, then never answered again. I'm absolutely shocked with how unprofessional your service has been right from the start. It was a hassle for you to even get my price quote. I gave 12 of my clipper blades and 6 of my scissors to be sharpened, all were dull and very much needing attention, but were functional PRIOR to sharpening. Upon receiving my tools back, I was shocked to find that NOT. ONE. SINGLE. BLADE. can cut through even the smoothest, cleanest cat hair, let alone anything with a slight tangle. Every one of my scissors were just as bad. Absolutely every single thing I sent to be sharpened came back entirely NONFUNCTIONAL, and had to be redone elsewhere. My boss, who had been referred to JSJ in the first place, called and spoke to Juan, who flat out REFUSED to come and fix anything, said that my tools had been wrecked by someone else prior to him, and told her that he would send my refund electronically. Since this point, every one of my phone calls, messages, and emails have gone unacknowledged and unanswered. All I want is a refund for the services that I paid for and did not receive but even this simple request appears to be more than they can handle.

I had my fabric scissors sharpened locally and I thought every pair was ruined! I sent them all to JSJ and every pair is like new! I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend JSJ Sharpening Service!
I was about to throw away my old clipper blades and couple of scissors which were ruined by another guy. But after a friend of mine told me about JSJ and his experience with them, decided to give it a try. Can't believe he restored them to like new condition. Properly lubricated too. Awesome. Knowledgeable of his trade and very professional !!! My dog's clipper will be next. Will not hesitate to tell my friends.
This place is the best! My nippers looks like a brand new ....this place is really affordable with a good workmanship and professionalism! I would highly recommend this place for everyone!

Found JSJ online sounded like a good idea "mobile sharpening" better than sending it in and waiting, right? Wrong. After using their services, I'm very unhappy with the results, for example all of my expensive Oster clipper blades I paid JSJ to sharpen are now useless, they do not close properly on my clippers, making them unusable. After bringing the errors to their attention they returned and could not fix or understand the problems they had caused showing they do not know what they are doing and should not be trusted with our expensive equipment. As you can imagine mistakes like this cost you money in many ways 1) Waist your time, 2) you don't have your equipment working to do your job 3) you are now forced to be without your equipment for a week or more and 4) You have to pay again to have someone else fix their mistakes, I cant tell you enough how frustrating this experience has been, I would never use again or recommend to anyone.
