I was referred to JRS auto by a relative around 10 years ago and have been using their services ever since. Jorge and co have never been short of amazing. Jorge is honest, forthright, and detail oriented. His prices are always reasonable (even for the mundane things, like oil changes, tire swaps, filter replacements, etc.). Most importantly, no matter the issue, he always explains the WHY behind it. He always asks BEFORE performing anything, gives alternative recommendations, and has plenty of fantastic contacts for when the work is beyond his scope (or could be performed more cheaply elsewhere). I'm moving 20 minutes south in the next couple of months but have been so happy with Jorge's service over the past decade that I'll continue to frequent his shop. Thanks, Jorge!

The Owner, Jr, was very kind and understanding. He performed a free estimate on my vehicle in a timely manner and made an effort to resolve my mechanical issue (hub assembly) so I could get back on the road and to work on time. Excellent, honest mechanic. Website says they take extra measures due to COVID; in reality, these measures consist of a small plastic shield which he may or may not stand behind, and he'll only wear a mask if a customer specifically requests so at booking.

They always call to discuss their assessments and are honest about the must fixes vs the nice to fix. I never pressured to get everything done at once. We were so pleased with our experiences and highly recommend Jorge and team!

After having a very poor customer service with one of the big chain tire shops, I was referred to Jorge and JRS Automotive by a trusted friend. I was not disappointed! I was able to buy 4 winter tires and have them installed in 48 hours. Jorge and his staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable on what type of winter tires I would need and I didn't feel I was being sold anything extra I didn't need. I will be bringing all my families vehicles to Jorge for maintenance and servicing from now on. Good customer service goes a long way and JRS has perfected it!

Highly recommend JRS! We were told about this shop by a friend several years ago and have only taken our vehicles to Jorge ever since. He is friendly, knowledgable, and fair. He is willing to work within your budget and will prioritize work that must be done vs minor issues that should just be monitored. Was referred to JRS Automotive by a friend (Jay) and I am very impressed the honesty and integrity of Jorge over the past year with the following with my 2007 Camry Hybrid: 1. Experienced a total brake failure - Jorge recommended I get this repaired at the Toyota dealership, due to electronics programming possibly required. 2. Experienced windshield wiper fluid failure - a hose had come off, which he found and fixed NO CHARGE within 5 minutes. 3. Oil change service last week - very timely and reasonable service; and also provided a ONE TIME complimentary vehicle inspection (149 value) for no extra charge. I find Jorge very easy to talk with, explains any recommended repairs thoroughly and costs to repair. I even received a follow-up phone call to ensure that I was satisfied with the service provided. Bottom line...would definitely recommend JRS Automotive to anyone interested in honesty and integrity in the auto mechanic industry.
