bought a window AC and it was supposed to be a smart wife-enabled one, but after opening the box I realized it was not smart and they sold us a totally different model. I called them and they simply said we don't have the smart one anymore and you can bring it back and get your money. No apologies, no nothing! I rented a car to go there and didn't want to pay more, so decided to keep it. The website still is showing a smart AC!
