This wonderful bakeshop is a welcome addition to the neighbourhood. The place is bright, airy, clean, cosy and very inviting. The owners are extremely friendly and passionate about their craft. And it shows in their tasty creations. Overall, I would give them the title of "Best Bakeshop in South Surrey". Even my colleagues who have no love for lemon meringue tarts, said that the ones here have changed their opinion.

This place is amazing! I worked in a bakery for about 8 years, coffee shops for around 10 and this place has them all beat. Super friendly service, some of the best pastries and baked goods you'll ever have! Genuinely, best scone I have had in my life. If you're thinking of going here, stop thinking and do it. You won't regret it.

We love it here! We are always greeted with extremely friendly service. The baked goods are fresh and delicious. We had the Pretty Woman cake twice and can’t wait to order again. My husband’s favourite is the lemon meringue pie. We had ordered cupcakes for an open house but forget to bring a plate to put the cupcakes on. They were kind enough to lend us a plate. It’s these little things that makes this bakery stand out. We look forward to trying many more yummy treats here.

Ordered these beautiful cupcakes. What a hit they were!! When I order from joyful indulgence they always go above and beyond. The best presentation, best customer service and best tasting baked goods I have ever had. I want to make sure everyone knows that. The cookies and cupcakes are amazing!!!

I highly recommend Joyful Indulgence. We ordered 2 slab cakes for the Peace Arch Hospital Birthday party and the cakes were absolutely amazing. Working with Ryan was wonderful and he made sure that we had the most beautiful cakes. Such a wonderful business that has great products and wonderful owners! Check this place out! You wont regret it.

In a day and age where Customer Service seems to be eroding, I can say that Joyful Indulgence goes above and beyond. I rushed from work to arrive at their bakery about a half hour before closing hoping to get some breakfast items for my team at work the next day. Unfortunately, they had already sold out of most of their breakfast foods by then. The individual who was helping me (I hate that I didn't ask his name, but he was a tall gentlemen), asked me what I was looking for and when I needed them. I let him know I needed about 20 baked items by 8am the next day. Without hesitation, he said it would no problem and it could be ready by then. I am happy to say, I went in this morning and everything was ready to go. I was even greeted at the door (he actually opened the door for me!) and each item was labeled. On top of that, EVERYONE LOVED the food at work. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone. This will forever be my go to spot.
