We ordered the poutine, nachos and steak sandwich, which were all taste amazing and has big servings! One of the best place to hangout for a glass of beer or to watch a sports game with friends. This is an absolutely lovely bar with a very vibrant environment, spacious, bubbly and all inclusive for your pub needs. It's got a great patio for the summer and you literally got screens everywhere to watch any kind of sports if you are into that. On so many occasions, I have been served by several waiters/waitress and they are all awesome. The last time I was there, my waitress had gone to get drinks for my friends and I was still contemplating what to drink, another server heard me talking about blonde beer and quickly came to my table to show me the options, something he did not have to do, as it was not his section, it made me stay 4hrs longer than I expected, because it was such a chill atmosphere. I love this place and the entire staff. #tipyourserver
Yup, it's just another pub. But at least, it's a good one. The food is always really very good and the staff and service are absolutely excellent! Right down to the waitress not only knowing our drink orders and usual food orders, but which of us prefers HP Sauce with his steak sandwich! And that's not a one-off, that goes for all of the staff. Yeah okay, it's just another pub, but it's a damn good one!
I was wandering around Calgary feeling lost. Missing home big time. I went to the Joyces pub on 4th and I had one of the best nights since I moved here. It was unexpected but needed . The barman Paul is an expert in his field when it comes to whiskey sours and pints of Guinness. Ill be back for the food and the great service. 5 /5
