A few weeks ago I found the perfect chair for our cottage, I always find what I need here. I purchased a gorgeous chenille mocha brown sofa a few years ago, which I love so now looking for two chairs. The selection at this store is wonderful. Great to wander around looking at all the treasures! Have always found both ladies extremely friendly and helpful. It is my favorite furniture store in Victoria!!

It was okay. I was a bit disappointed with the sales staff. It looked.like only one person was working in the store and she was busy stocking and sorting through things. Their selection of.love seats was almost non-existent and what was available seemed overpriced compared to other stores. It is a bit confusing as to how to get into the parking lot for the store as well.
Extremely Disappointed! Massively overpriced! I found same pieces, same brand at the brick for half as much! The found out the owner and staff at Jordans are quite rude, and their guarantee is worthless. I paid thousands more than the brick. And a few other items I got for the kids bedroom turned out to be particle board junk, they said it was real wood! They are smooth talking sales men with bad customer service. I won't shop there ever again. Can't afford to!
The owner and staff are very unfriendly, the store is very dirty, unclean, the furniture is very low quality, and I was surprised how overpriced it was. I decided not to buy furniture there again after being treated so poorly, and realizing they're selling very low quality junk. Their so-called warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. plus if you try to get a pizza next door they will come out and start taking photographs of you and your vehicle and threatening you for parking there for 5 minutes. Not a place I would choose to do business with ever again.
Great place to shop and find unique furniture. Staff were both welcoming and helpful!
