Firstly their wine is delicious - never had one I didn’t enjoy. Secondly, their wines have low sugar count for the most part which can be hard to find. Lastly, they have fantastic customer service. I bought their wine at the LCBO for years and now I buy direct from the winery for an even better experience. Highly recommend.

Great little winery, a little hidden, and quickly becoming our go to. Open during Covid times with tastings by appointment. Outdoor patio also provides a nice scenic view. Very knowledgeable and polite staff.
I have made several online purchases of Creekside wines since the pandemic and the customer service has been 2nd to none! From correcting an error I made in ordering to refunding me for a leaky bottle, Creekside's staff has been cheerful, helpful - and the fix has been made immediately. A pleasure to deal with.
I ordered a case of the Creekside 2019 Syrah. The wine is great, but the best news is that I ordered the case on a Tuesday afternoon and the wine was delivered to my house (free shipping) on Wednesday morning, less than 24 hours from order. Bravo Creekside for figuring out how to become \digital\ and responsive during the COVID pandemic.
Earlier this week myself and 3 friends booked a tasting at Creekside and it was one of the best experiences I've had in Niagara. First of all the staff at Creekside are so kind and welcoming. Our server was so knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. I have only drank their wines a few times in the past but it was great to be able to discover their whole portfolio. I will definitely be back for more! Thank you so much Creekside for you wonderful hospitality and fine wines. Can't wait for more Syrah!
