Typical big company rules. I worked as a Shipper/Receiver/Forklift Operator for 4 long years. They come off as a family oriented company but they are no different if not worse than a big chain cooperation. If they don't like you they will use and abuse you til they no longer need you to the point where you quit and if you don't quit they will let you go and falsify your ROE so that it states that you quit just so they don't look bad.
