Absolutely stunning falls! Trails are well kept and clear, and there's plenty of room on the main trails. Some of the trails might prove difficult for some hikers, as they are very rocky and steep, but otherwise it makes for a perfect hike for most people! I visit this place twice a year with friends, both in the winter and summer! It looks like a whole other place in both seasons! A must visit!

It's a nice little area with a small (maybe 20 cars) parking lot. The visitor / info centre was closed at the time due to pandemic. The trail starts from the parking lot. Path is relatively easy to navigate but there are rocks, roots and mud along the way. After a short walk you come to a bridge. You can hear running water along the walk which is fairly shaded. The \end of the trail\ seems to be at the top of the falls. But there is a way to make your way down if you don't mind navigating some rocky slopes. The base of the falls has a little bit of seating on logs or rocks. We enjoyed a nice lunch there.
Beautiful icefall! Second time here.
Worth the stop if you are in the Owen Sound area. Hike is easy-moderate depending on how close you would like to get to the falls. The top of the falls is about 7 minutes from the parking lot, but there is a trail for you to climb down to the base. This section is fairly rocky and steep and I would not recommend this if you are elderly or for small children. The base of the falls is more like 15 minutes from the parking lot. Definitely worth the stop for us! was one of the more striking waterfalls on the tour.
What an amazing hike to do in the Fall! The hike isn't long to the waterfall, but the scenery is great - and the trails are well maintained. Parking is free if you park at 'Owen Sound Transportation' which is a plus
