Jollibee usually always has great food but today I ordered for pickup at this location and found that there was pieces of plastic in my Palabok. This is very dangerous, gross and disgusting because your hands touched the plastic that I'm pretty sure it was cooked in with the sauce. Disappointing. I'm glad that I caught it before my parents could get some before they could eat it by accident. I was going to give you 3 stars because the chicken was great but your customer service and trying to get a hold of you through the phone is poor and disappointing. I had called the number on your website under contact us and tried to tell them my issue but didn't want to hear me out and hung up on me. I tried several times calling this location and was unable to reach you. Knowing that you guys are hanging up on me and rejecting my calls is disrespectful and rude. I just wanted to let you know what I had found in my food so it doesn't happen again and not to make a big deal with posting this but at this point I'm getting frustrated. From this experience I will definitely not come back here. This isn't my first complaint with this location because I always try to give you the benefit of doubt but I recommend everyone to go to a different location.

We got lucky and we went during a fairly rain and wet snow day therefore no line. Orders were taken on an iPad like set up with an employee and food took no longer than 10 minutes to get. We ordered the 10 piece meal with half spicy and half regular. For the spicy ones the spice felt a little uneven on some pieces, however still good stuff. They only currently have takeout and pick up orders and only 1 person in from a group to order and only 2 people inside if I recall at a time. There appears to be some form of a queue/line system in front of the store where some parking spaces would be to prevent blocking the business adjacent to the restaurant.
Online order w/ Jollibee ...food was ready and everything there. One star off since this location seems a bit disorganized compared to the Scarborough one, no one was sure who could go inside. Still.. food was delish!
This location in Eglinton is the closest to where I live. Reading the reviews, I feel bad, but I had almost the same experience as them. I just hope the store manager/s will train their staff better, and be more organized. And try to fix what's lacking.
I ordered Spaghetti, they gave me Palabok, my husband returned it and yeah they replaced it, I opened it and voila! it’s Palabok again for the 2nd time around, so my husband went back for them to change it, AGAIN! Should’ve said something but held it coz its food and who knows they can mess it up right?! Finally, they gave me Spaghetti but to my disappointment as I was eating it already I found the Palabok noodles mixed with my Spaghetti! What an experience!!! Didn’t return it coz it’s really frustrating enough and we’re already on the road. If only I knew they would do this, we could’ve said something.
Amazing flavours when you bite into the spicy chicken, the gravy is tasteful and also the rice is nice!
The air outside the restaurant smelled awesome. I patiently waited in line, they took my order in line, when it was my turn to go inside, I paid and they said my food wasn't ready yet. I stood off to the side while I waited for my food. Almost 20 min later, a staff member realizes that my food is ready. It has been sitting on a table the entire time!! They say sorry, but can't offer anything else. I demand new chicken, because 20 min old chicken is not hot or crispy any more. I go home with my new chicken and a sour taste in my mouth from such a poor experience. The chicken did not live up to the hype. But the peach mango pie was very good. More staff training and better communication is required. Reading the other reviews, I see that my experience is not isolated. I doubt I'll be going back.
