The staff at Bellone's are the definition of honest professionals. I wanted to see what I could get for a trade-in. John was very upfront that he would not be able to offer me a price close to what the guitar is worth for a trade-in since their store would have difficulty selling the particular model. Where some stores may have low balled an offer, John was honest and straight forward. This type of customer service is a lost art these days, and I truly appreciated the experience. Well done \\m/

I wondered if this music store was still around. I went in to this store in 1982 at the tender age of 22. I had 800 in my pocket. About what I needed to buy a shiny new Telecaster. Mr Bellone told me "no you can't see it". I guess I didn't look like someone that could afford it. So I walked out and never went back. Ah but what do I know. I'm just a graduate of clown school.
Didn't have anything it asked for cause they're going out of business after decades, but we're super friendly and awesome. Gave me heads up on where I can get the stuff I needed, short notice. Cool cats.
This is the best instrument shop in the city in my opinion. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and know what they are talking about. I have been and will continue to shop there for my supplies, amps, pedals and guitars as well as taking my guitars in for setups!
Went to John Bellone's for the first time and bought a guitar case without bringing the guitar and it turned out to be too small. As a college student, I was unable to make my way there to return it for a few weeks (past return time) but staff and management were more than willing to take the case back and issue a full refund with a friendly and respectful manner. I'm very happy with my experience here and I'll be sure to come back again.
Friendly and knowledgeable about all things guitar, with a wide selection of acoustic, electric, and amps! Their staff is all about getting you what you need, and what will make you a happy music maker, not what is simply the most profitable for them. I highly recommend this store!
Best music store in town! Bought my first guitar from them 10 years ago and recently just got it serviced by them, feels like new! They'll give you an honest opinion of each product, and not try to steer you to what they want to sell.
Great spot. Always welcoming and glad to give good, useful information. They had every piece I needed to rebuild my first guitar and even some tips and guidance.
