I love this place! The servers are so great in nature I love chatting with them. They are kind and the food is delicious! I do not want to eat Malaysian food anywhere else! The randan beef is my favourite. Stop in at lunch for their daily lunch specials. I don’t know if they offer them on the weekend. The barley drink is a must try. It’s light but delicious.

Good food, good prices, friendly staff. Would return. We had the lamb and chicken with the coconut rice. Tasty!

Best Malaysian food I had since I got to Canada. Friendly environment. Highly recommended.

Really, really nice food. So lovely to have a genuinely beautiful restaurant experience on the island. Our server was perfect, unobtrusive, genuine and on point. All this for the price of lightly upscale Malaysian. So much nicer than under (or over) paying for a far lesser experience. 15 dishes, including meals. Taking home left overs.

Had lunch at John 3:16 today and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious and the service very attentive. I recommend that you give it a try since I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Good food but there is better in Vancouver. Pricey. Malaysian Coffee is just 2 1 Necafe instant packet. Really disappointed for 3.95.

Had 4 dishes. One starter/snack looked great in the picture on the menu, the real version was totally different. Tasted fine. Two of the other 3 dishes were too oily - one dish being the eggplant/okra. Don't remember the other one. Tried to look up their menu to jog my memory, but no website, and the menu link wasn't working on the facebook page. Flavour just so so, not that great. The beef rendang was very good. Hotness adjusted for Westerners - meaning none. Will go to a better Malaysian restaurant next time.

Okay food, very small servings. Prices fairly high. Do not like restaurants that serve small servings of noodles or fried rice for moderate to high prices as the extra production costs for a fair serving is pennies.
