I bought a 2017 X3 2days ago, my experience was absolutely satisfied. I have no doubt for 2017 low mileage car, but they still made sure the car condition is good, clean, showed me all the history. Financing process was impressively quick, so I could take my car home on the same day! Thank you all!
What a super easy and unstressful experience it was to buy a car from Joe!! We had already spent a day looking at cars and we were tired and fed up with all the bs that comes with it. We turned up to Auto Boutique and the car was ready to test drive. The whole process took less than 2 hours and I drove home in my new car with a huge smile on my face. Thanks Joe for making this an enjoyable experience. I will be sending my friends to see you for sure.
Bought an 2012 bmw x5 from here a few days ago, overall I'm happy with my experience
I have never had such a poor experience with a dealership. We spoke with someone by the name of Joe (he told us to call him JK when we arrived), who we later found out was the owner or manager. We came to look at an SUV but when we got there, it was blocked in by other vehicles. He then decided to tell us it was broken into and the display was stolen out of it (never told us prior to us coming). After that we tried to start the vehicle and it would not start, he tried to boost it and still did not start. We saw the gas gauge was on Empty and I also checked the oil which was very low. For a vehicle that was advertised as a top of line, excellent condition, I was extremely disappointed at the waste of time it turned out to be. Do NOT go to this dealer, they do not take care of the vehicles in their lot which was very obvious to me from this one experience.
