Joe is the most patient, flexible, reliable, knowledgeable, honest and kind agent in Toronto. He went above and beyond for us every single day while we looked for our perfect condo. He was extremely patient with us, showing us over 30 condos in just a few weeks time, no matter where they were around the entire city, even if they were in opposite ends of the city in the same evening! He is extremely flexible and accommodating, always managing to get us showings on extremely short notice. He listened very well to our needs and works very hard to prepare an extensive amount of listings throughout the day to myself and my partner.
