If I could give more than 5 starts I would ! Elise is a ray of sunshine, she’s so knowledgeable, patient, kind, and empathetic. Jessica said just ask you shall receive Jo-hair products are of such high quality, this is my second visit and purchase in the last two years. I can’t say enough about my positive experience. I went through a traumatic experience at a salon where my hair ended up getting over processed and I lost so much hair sporadically. I was devastated and was just lost at what to do. I know hair grows but my hair was SO bad that I was ready to just hideout for the rest of the year and avoid seeing anyone. Truly a wig was my only option in getting any of my confidence back. I decided to pop into Jo Hair Studio based on the reviews I saw on google and I am so glad I did. Jessica and the team at Jo Hair Studio are absolutely amazing. I highly suggest going here if you you're struggling with any sort of hair loss. I am very happy with my wig, it was worth every penny to have my confidence back (people even mention I am glowing with happiness).

I initially drove from Seattle to Vancouver back in November to find a hair topper. It was a good experience and I ended up deciding on a silk topper. I was told it would be about 6 weeks until it would arrive. It ended up being shipped 2 months later, which was fine, but what I was disappointed in was the quality of the topper. 1,400 US dollar for a 3x5 silk topper is quite a bit of money and when it arrived it had so many short pieces as if hair broke from being bleached. Jessica recommended spraying the hair with water to tame the baby hairs. It helped, but the topper still had short pieces sticking out making the hair look damaged and as if I had owned and worn it for over a year. Jessica said \We don’t exchange or refund\ and said she spoke with her wig maker who said I could pull that baby hair to the length that I wanted. I tried doing that and the hair would either curl into a ringlet or snap. The topper is simply not worth the price I paid and I'm disappointed Jo Hair won't accept a refund.

I lost a lot of hair due to getting really sick a year ago . This salon was my Saviour. Walking in the ladies made me feel welcome and comfortable. Their expertise found me the perfect hairpiece !! Also , the team are amazing at helping you upkeep your hair. With repairs or a wash and style . I highly recommend them . I’ve never felt more beautiful.
