I have been a customer of JM Security since January 2019 and a very happy with the quality of the security system as well as the service. Overall, the addition of this security system has made me feel more safe knowing my house is secured when I am away, but also gives me peace of mind when I am sleeping. I have the app that allows me to turn the system on and off remotely, which is very handy if you have family or friends coming or going. In addition to the hardware and software, the people at JM Security are fantastic - very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend using JM Security if you are in the market of a new security system. I have had no issues whatsoever!

We are thoroughly impressed with our system and happy with our decision to go with JM Security Systems Windsor. When we moved into our home it already had a security system, which was archaic. I never thought I would change that system just because it was already there and I didn't want to deal with the cost of a new system, because I always thought, why fix something that isn't broken. Well I had Sarah and Eric with JM visit my home to give me an assessment and build a plan for what would be the best for me and my family now having kids in the home. It was a no-brainer switch, I'm now saving money on my service and have a far better product and better rates on my insurance. Now I'm able to remotely check on my house even when I'm out of the country. We love our system and service. Only great things to say about this company and their team. Highly recommend
Great service from quote right through to installation! All of the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, and really care about your home security. They were up front about costs and were able to install a system on a timeline that worked for me. The app is great feature too for when you forget to arm the system or lock your doors, you just pull it up and arm or lock from your phone. Would highly recommend JM Security!
Amazing team at JM security. The process of selecting our system with the sales team was hassle and pressure free. They did a great job tailoring our system to our specific needs. The install team was excellent. Can’t say enough about how professional, helpful and clean they were when installing the system.
We had our Security System installed by JM Security Systems Windsor last September. Right from the very beginning with the meeting, installation and the overview of how easy the system was to operate has been absolutely the best. We are so pleased with our security system and we have recommended JM Security to two of our friends and they now have the Security System installed. It’s always a painful chore dealing with a new alarm system, trying to decide on the right equipment, the right services, the right company and all the while trying to ensure your not being swindled by a fast talking sales person. JM Security put all of my concerns to rest. From start to finish, my entire experience was custom and I felt as if I was their only customer. The sales staff was attentive and worked with me every step of the way. The install tech was great and installation was painless. I love that I get regular check-ins from their team to ensure I am still happy with my products and services, unlike large national players who forget about you once they have your contract signed! My only complaint is I can’t leave more than 5 stars on my review! Definitely recommend JM security to anyone needing a new system, upgrading an old one, or is unhappy with their current provider. You won’t be disappointed!
