So far no issues with anything provided by this company. From sales to customer service (don't recall the name of the lady) and to technicians all very polity and professional. The original date of installation was not met due to some delays but i have to say the customer service lady handle the situation very well and accommodated our installation with what worked for us on the weekend. The technician installing the wall mounted heat pump (Ossama Benoit) was great, from arrival until departure. Everything was clean at the end. Thus, i hope the service is as great as the installation was. I do recommend this company for the service provided until now. Hope it continues like that.

I am a new client of JM Air since November and I must say I give them a thumbs up. We installed the Thermolec heating system. From Sales with Olivier, he was professional, explained in detail and answered all my emails with all of my questions. Installation with Maher and Said was professional, work was impeccable and Maher explained how system works. Ms Rim in customer service was pleasant to deal with and professional. I did a lot of research to change my furnace or add a heat pump .at the end after 19 quotes from different companies I decide to choose this company .i realize the honesty of representative mr Jean and when it comes to install the tech.Osama and Benua were very nice and everything went very smooth without noise and any hassle This all experience from starting to until installation. I also impressed from their customer care service I wanna give 5 star to Miss Rim also coz she handle all very nicely even after installation their customer service are dealing you like a new coming client mean very wonderful service At the end mr Jean thanks for your honesty and experience that you gave me a good company to deal Now I wanna talk about their in home finance 5 star I recommend every one just try this company and finance service donot need any stress everything very smooth.
