I took a duvet cover with pillow shams in to be washed and ironed and found the staff to be very friendly, the service was excellent, the price was great and they had my cover and shams done by the next day. I highly recommend JJ's Laundry Service.

I had dropped my jacket off to dry clean and was told it would take a week. I went to pick it up 10 days later and it was not finished. I received an apology and then went to pick it up a few days later. I paid for the purchase but at no point in time was I told that my toggle button broke and was instead placed in my jacket pocket to discover. I received no discount or compensation. This could have easily been handled more appropriately.
Great laundry service! We use them a couple times a month and it's always a good experience.
Customer service is some of the best i’ve received from any establishment in town. They were kind, and prompt, with great communication. Will 100% use again!
