Was provided with prompt quote for disposal and donation of a few furniture pieces. When the gentleman arrived, while he was polite and wearing a mask, which I appreciated, he gestured at a small piece of tape on the headboard and said that due to this it couldn't be donated, so disposal would be an additional 40. As I had rearranged my schedule for this to happen and this man was already in my home, I felt like I was stuck (scammed?) with this additional charge. The chance of additional charge was not mentioned in the quote.
I tried to call many companies, however I couldn’t get a hold of anyone because it was a holiday. Luckily I called JJ Junk and Inder answered my call right away. He spoke in a polite manner and asked me how many things I have. I let him know I had a couch, mattress and a baby crib and he gave me a price. He informed me he would be here between 1-2 pm. He showed up on time, provided efficient service, offered a fair price and had a great personality. I will definitely use JJ Junk in future and would recommend him to anyone who needs a junk removal service at a fair price. Thank you Inder
Super friendly, good pricing and prompt service! Needed my queen mattress and box frame disposed of but forgot to tell him it was about 20" and double the weight! He showed up ahead of schedule and kindly honored the original quote instead of charging extra for the size.
JJ is super responsive and very friendly. I have a few big items to get rid of and his rate is very reasonable. Highly recommended and will use him again without hesistation.
JJ Removal (JJ himself) showed up early and removed all the junk our condo had piled high in one of our parking stalls. JJ moved quickly and charged what I would consider a very fair price. We will use this company again for sure.
Happy that they arranged same day removal of piano for trash and helped move fridge and large freezer to end of driveway for city pickup. I couldn’t allow them to throw fridge off my porch but it was easy to move it onto trailer at the front door then drop it onto our driveway. Less messy move. Done. Thanks.
The work was completed very thoroughly. In good time. Also I was able to add more things on my load that was not in the original offer I made. Nice large trailer. I would contact again if I needed to
