We had a wonderful experience with Greg buying a car for my mom. He was honest, helpful and very kind. One of the nicest experiences dealing with anything car related, period. They went above and beyond to get my mom the car safely in the snow. Definitely helped make our decision for our next car purchase. The customer service at Volvo far superseded any experiences with Mercedes or BMW. We look forward to dealing with Greg again in the near future. Highly recommend this dealership and Greg, in particular!

Bought my Volvo here, the sales Ali was really helpful throughout the entire process. The show room is a bit small, I liked it a lot better when they Almere at the auto mall, way bigger show room over there. I also service my car here and the service department has been very good as well, friendly and efficient. There was a small hiccup one time, but they addressed it promptly. Overall a positive experience.
I can not say enough about this dealership and the staff who work here. I had a very bad experience with Audi Boundary and this location supported me through the experience with no pressure. I did purchase a stunning Volvo XC40 Inscription and I could not be happier. Huge thanks to Austyn, Andrew and Kevin. The team at JPV of North Vancouver are great. We recently serviced our XC60 and were super impressed with Mandy Gill on the service team. She was incredibly helpful when we arrived, set us up with a loaner right away, and clearly communicated the steps to getting our XC60 checked out. Mandy was fantastic. This is following an awesome buying experience about a year ago with Greg Eiers. We’ve moved to Victoria, but we’ll continue to service our Volvo with you, because of your team, and our trust. Always happy with my service. However do not like this new location. I thinknthe old one was better.
