I went in for the airbag recall on my Outback. It was done promptly and pretty quickly which I appreciate, but a gnarly scratch was left behind on my center console around the temperature control, which is where I assume they took it off to access behind it. Not stoked about that at all. They didn't say a word about it.

By far this is the best Subaru dealership I have ever dealt with. I got my 3rd Subaru from them and have had nothing but amazing customer service. They really go above and beyond. There were some defects with my outback after the 1st 6 months. Instead of even questioning the warranty, they just went ahead and fixed it. Over a 1200 repair. The sales rep Jimmy was great, as well the others I dealt with. He really did everything to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase and gave me a really good deal on my trade in. You really need to be, especially when you make these kind of purchases. I highly recommend and trust this place. I have had so many problems with other dealerships in the past. You can tell the people enjoy working here. That makes all the difference.
