I had Jim Pattison Autobody do a repair on the driver side rocker panel of my truck . It took well over a month and immediately when I got my truck back , I noticed sandpaper marks in the body filler they used, also the fit of the piece welded do not line up cleanly with panel lines , They took my truck back and cleaned up the sandpaper marks . Within 3 months the paint started to bubble and rust, I took truck back and they said they repaired it , but within the next 6 months it happened again. they took truck back and said they repaired it, again within 6 months the paint bubbled and started to show signs of rust. I was told by manager that Dodge Rams are notorious for rust , however there was not a speck of rust any where else on my truck , just in the very middle of their repair. I wash my truck weekly and take very good care of it, the truck is extremely clean except for area that Pattison auto body worked on. After having my truck in 3 times they did not fix problem , I am very disappointed and shocked in the low level of quality workmanship and low level of professionalism . I would not recommend them 1 star rating is way too high . Duane. I will not bring My truck back to this shop for repair, they do not have the ability to do any sort of body work repairs. I think 4 chances to repair my truck is 3 times to many. The last time I brought my truck in I was treated very poorly, and I was told I would not get a loaner vehicle, I had to get a ride home my self. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with anything that has JIM PATTISONs name on it , obviously there is no customer service with this company.

I dropped off my truck at this location after receiving damage to my front bumper/grill and the damage was completely fixed in just over a week. I had good conversation and positive updates throughout the process with the friendly staff and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. A special thanks to Brenda and Dustin for the great service!

Update: December 17, 2020 I have to bring our SUV for repairs again to this body shop as somebody did a hit and run on it last month. This has been our go-to auto repair facility for ICBC claims for the past 15 years now. I like the convenience of not having to worry about the hassle of a replacement car as they arrange that themselves with Enterprise, but only if you have the coverage for it. As always, I'm impressed with how well Dustin and Brenda deal with us! I have other issues that are not related to the hit and run damage that I want fixed and Dustin had been very patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions and offered me necessary solutions that is practical. He is awesome! And I would also like to acknowledge the great work that their mechanics do, they always return the car clean, both inside and out! Overall, I'm happy with the repairs they do and would surely recommend Jim Patton Auto Body and Glass repair shop to family and friends! July 2020: I love how clean and good our car smell when we got it back...and with a full tank too! Albeit no fault of our own, this is the second time that we had our SUV repaired at this facility. And I'm glad I did! Brenda and Dustin had both been very professional and friendly in their dealings with me. Dustin even offered me sensible professional advise about how the car runs that is not related to the repairs. I have queries and they answered it to my satisfaction. They also arranged our courtesy car with Enterprise and have it dropped off at the body shop and leave it there when the repairs was done, which saves us the time and hassle of going to a car rental company. It took a few days because the damaged car parts are not easily available, but am generally happy with the outcome!

I brought my Jeep in to have the rear bumper fixed due to a medium sized scratch. Brenda was very kind, helpful and was able to give me a great estimate on the damage compared to other auto-body shops I was considering. My Jeep was repaired quickly and I was very happy with the results. The staff is very professional and I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to have their cars repaired.
