They did many things to help me: * Set me up online to view listings and gave advice about bidding * Responded very quickly when I wanted to view a home, and drove me there twice. The second time Jim helped me notice problems with the home. * Connected me with good mortgage specialist, I was able to get a low rate because of this * Helped me know what things to look for when buying house. I knew nothing about home ownership/maintenance so this advice was very useful * Negotiated with sellers. * Gave me some free furniture after I moved in * You get 2 full time realtors helping you Jim and Krista have lots of experience buying/selling homes near KW. I would use their service again if I upgrade homes later
