Worked with Jason Gillett to help me into a new vehicle. Sales was super easy, convenient and friendly. They just sold the Escape that I wanted, but they were able to find one all the way over in Saskatchewan and brought it in for me! The financing part was a little rough.... but in the end was perfect. Some paperwork was missing for me to get insurance, but the finance guy delivered it to my work for me! Awesome!

Loving my new F-150
My experience with Hansen was second to none from top to bottom! I bought my new truck with Jason and he was exceptional throughout the whole process of initial meeting to finalizing all the details. They performed a phenomenal service which is really hard to find these days and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thanks to Jason, Kevin, the amazing Chef Miranda and the entire team at Hansen, incredible service, I would highly recommend!

If only you could give zero stars. This dealership has absolutely no integrity and can’t be trusted. I made a deal on a new Navigator and had it in writing. After waiting for 2 days for their finance people to contact me I get a message telling me they are backing out of the deal because they had valued my trade in value incorrectly. When I pointed out that we had a deal I was met with what could best be described as “sorry but we made a mistake and can’t honour the deal. But if you would like to pay more we would still be happy to help you out”. I am paraphrasing here but I have the text messages of the exact conversation. This is actually a situation where I could probably force them to honour the deal but I wont bother. I’m just glad I didn’t end up doing business with these weasels. I will take my business elsewhere. I will also make sure I pass on to anyone I know in the Peace Region who is looking for a vehicle to steer clear of these guys.
Changing my review it was 5 star to start. Bought it from Jason and everything went smoothly. We owned our new ford escape for a week and I found a antifreeze leak and the block heater wasn't working. Booked it in to get fixed and was told nothing was wrong with anything. It didn't make any sense so I booked it in to my local dealer and they found all the problems and fixed everything. The service department wouldn't return my phone calls and after finally talking to the service manager all I got was I'm sorry we missed the problems.If this is the service a guy gets from them I would not buy another from them.
Looking around for a nice used car for my girls, I came across a Ford Focus in great shape. I had come in to see it pretty much the first day on the market, but it was in the shop. Jason Gillett informed me of a good time to come check it again. We took it for a drive and bought it. I feel my girls will be safe in it. I like the warrantee packages despite having to pay a little more (as is the case anywhere). The folks at Hansen Ford were super to deal with! Thank you! Jason, you rock and always hold true to your honesty and word.
