These folks are super friendly, and did everything I asked for and MORE! I went a year ago and had a bunch of gold and sliver and jewelry repairs I needed done. They did all of those and took the time with me as I had a lot of silver and gold and we had to figure out what was what. They took my gold/silver and put against the bill (which helped me tremendously!) So...I came back a year later, and this time they made me the most GORGEOUS RING EVER! The craftsmanship was impeccable and my husband was blown away saying \their craftsmanship is exquisite!\ This lovely husband and wife team had me design my ring, (and i can't draw at all) But we worked on it together, and they truly saw my vision. They went above and beyond the call of duty; I made a few changes and they were extremely patient and I could not have gotten a better deal ANYWHERE else! If you ever have jewelry needs, they also found me a ring to go with my engagement ring, and they replaced a ruby, and the ring that they made is an ORIGINAL, and I have the mold! :) Thanks you two, you did an awesome job and I couldn't have asked for anything better! You are masters at work! Your kindness and gracious attitude made it a huge pleasure to do affordable business!

So nice to go somewhere where the people are so real. Above and beyond service included spinning both my kids in the chair and giving them a ride lol. Amazing kind hearted people. Expensive Gucci watch got looked after and in 10 min I got what I wanted. I appreciated the honest opinions on how to take care of it and what I should and should not do... they were not in for the money.. it was all about being kind to the customers and giving them satisfaction. Again... they stood out because they were super kind and friendly. We need more of those kinda people around! :)
Fantastic customer service, the owners are very friendly and made our experience fun. We brought in several items for customization and repair and they were able to accommodate to every request. The prices are fair and everything was completed in a timely manner. All of the pieces turned out even better than we had imagined. Amazing place.
Cannot say enough good things. I had just got engaged and was stopping in on my way home and they went out of their way to get my ring resized for me before I went home (it was about a size to big for me). They customized the size so it fits my hand perfectly and left no mark of them doing anything, the ring looks flawless! Big thanks to the team!!
We were recommended here by Birks. We called ahead to ask about some scratches on a ring to see if it could be polished. He told us to come on in so he could assess and if the damage is small, it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. Once we got there, he took a look at the ring and said \oh no problem!\ and came back with the ring within a few minutes! The ring was polished back to it's original glory and when we asked how much he would charge, he surprisingly did not accept payment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for appraisals, polishing, etc! Honest, friendly & kind, thank you so much!!!
