I dealt with broker Kim T .She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was paying nearly double with another home insurance. So glad I changed to Jem ...saving me 1000 per year !!!

Been here once just because the other place I deal with was having computer issues. Was a bit busy and had to wait 30 minutes just to pay for license but other then that it was fine.

JEM insurance helped me save money and time. It is always a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend going in and seeing Kim. She always knows how to put a smile on your face! Can't complain about saving . I rate this place 100/5 :) I also especially like the dog Max that is in the office!
