My husband and I met with Shanon in early February with some ideas to transform the 3 stone ring he brought home for me following his tour in Afghanistan in 2009. I was never able to wear the ring and honestly it didn't suit my style. Shanon listened to our ideas and added her own and what transpired truly impressed us! It's important to understand that although they have an online presence, Jeff Walters Jewellers is not an online store. The store is about the old-fashioned ideal of pride of craftsmanship. They have a small committed staff instead of reams and reams of customer service reps. Jeff Walters Jewellers makes excellent quality fully custom jewellery at a fair price.

When I went there they're very friendly and welcoming I felt very comfortable, we had went there to get a ring sized and they looked at the ring and said 120 and we said okay whatever good and then we asked them to double check the diamonds just so we knew they were , they got their diamond tester it beeped three times okay awesome , and then I mentioned that my ring was silver I wasn't sure if the person was pre-warned because we had called ahead and asked an average price and they looked at it and said oh indeed it is silver but we still get priced at 120 and I'm just like okay whatever we're already there obviously going to do it but why is gold the same price as silver I thought gold was much more expensive than silver so are they the same price then? But then as we're talking they start saying that they don't put diamonds in silver and I instantly started thinking okay is the diamond tester faulty and they said that silver can cause a stone to read as a diamond and that they weren't indeed diamonds and that put red flags in my head because if a little bit of silver can make a normal Stone read as a diamond then obviously those diamond testers aren't very good and the fact that the person wasn't trying to sell us the ring we already had it but they let the fact of that they had never seen it instead of saying oh that's weird or oh that's interesting never seen somebody put diamonds in silver no they tells me that they're not real diamonds and that silver can make a stone read as a diamond it just really was unprofessional and the fact that she let this silly thing Cloud her judgment and made her unprofessional made me uncomfortable like what is the truth how many people are putting a little bit of silver under a stone to make it read as a diamond how many people are getting sold fake diamonds was just very uncomfortable for me in that sense but other than that great service.

I had a very good experience at Jeff Walters jewellers. I booked an appt. on line which was confirmed. I worked with Jeff personally and he introduced me to his staff. He understood how sentimental I felt about the ring that I had him rebuild. I am thrilled with the outcome and my ring was ready earlier than promised. I would highly recommend Jeff and his staff. I was listened to and felt very comfortable at the store. I am very appreciative of the time he took with me and he suggested changing the setting of a stone which I had never considered.
