Very big outdoor area for plants, I like that they have clear sections for different type plants. It's more natural like Jardin compare to others, love it!

We had a great experience at Jardin2m. After visiting several other pepinieres to buy trees and plants for our new garden, a gentleman named Normand asked if he could assist us. He walked us around the entire property several times and continuously made suggestions, gave us the latin names of each tree and how they each needed to be cared for and how they would grow. Jardin2m is very lucky to have a knowledgable and patient employee who increased the value of our purchase by at least 5x what we intended on buying there. Instead of shopping around, we got everything we needed and had it delivered professionally.
This place is so huge, I don't even know where it ends. They have what seems like millions of plants and trees, and they all seem to be in really healthy condition without too many weeds, unlike some other large nurseries I've visited that have trouble maintaining the condition of their inventory. The staff is really helpful. I've visited twice, once on a slow day and once on a really busy day, and even on the really busy day multiple staff members offered to help me and I was able to get suggestions for how to arrange my garden, how to prepare my soil, and so forth. They really know their plants! My wife and I were deciding between several types of spirea and two different employees gave us some tips, and both of them pointed out some differences between the flowers that the different strains would give us. They were also really considerate when loading my plants into my car for me. They put down liners to protect the upholstery and they were careful about how they arranged the plants in the car. As far as shopping experiences go this was basically as perfect as it gets, which is why this is also the only store I've ever reviewed.
The young staff doesn't know even where the plants are. Only a few employees have experience on plants. The cashier was very rude because I did not have the French quebecois accent. Ridiculous. Never again.
We improvised a visit there on our way home and the lady was able to make a suggestion on what to plan in front of our house entrance based on a Google Map Street View image! Amazing guides on how to plant the tree/bushes was given to us and that is a game changer since big retailers never tell you how to take care of your home improvement investment! Highly recommended and kudos to the ladies who work hard and make sure you are all set all the way to packing it up into your car!
