I used japan video for warranty work through visions. Visions was terrible through the whole process but japan video was great. When he was done my PlayStation still wasn't working right so he said swap the HDMI cord and now everything works great. I'm not sure on price but I like the service

Kudos to Japan Video for fixing my TV under Samsung warranty. I really appreciate Kam’s professionalism. He was very helpful from the get go and when I missed the delivery, he was very kind and understanding that he went back to my house. Also, it only took a week for my TV to be repaired. I really recommend this shop and if you are hesitating because of the bad comments down below, please take my honest review and reconsider! ️

Fixed my tv for less than 1/2 the price of buying a new one.
It's unfortunate that a couple unhappy customers will get a group of their friends to copy and paste their bad review to try and tarnish a company. These guys were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They fixed my TV much faster than I thought, and even took some time to show me a few things with my TV to not have similar issues in the future. Replaced the screws for my stand AND helped me get the large TV in my vehicle! These guys are great. Highly recommend.
Doesn't listen to customers needs
I recently had a LG OLED TV repaired through warranty, serviced by Japan Video Service Ltd. The staff was very professional in ordering parts and making sure the TV was repaired in a timely manner. Kam especially was quick to locate and fix the TV's issues, and even provided valuable advice on how to extend the longevity of the TV! I would recommend Japan Video Service Ltd and, should I find myself in a similar scenario, would use their services in a heartbeat.
