The franchisee Shukri does an amazing job of keeping things just the way we like and any time there has been anything we want to change, she's right on top of it. We feel very well represented with Jan Pro, from the cleaning staff, right up to the office staff - Julie, always makes me laugh when she checks in to see how everything is running. We are super happy with the services!

I was hired by Al Ratavicius (Master Franchise owner) to do custom product design work. He set the price point and quantity of units he wanted to order. I asked him for a 30% Deposit on the work, He agreed to pay the deposit after I sent him pictures of the work. Once I finished the designs and sent him the pictures, he came back and said that the price was too high and refused to pay the deposit that he agreed to pay. How can the price be too high when he set the budget himself? He actually told me \The more Franchises I sell the richer I get\ and then defaults on his first Invoice. Apparently if you work with Jan-pro you can negotiate the cost of their services after their services have been rendered. I'm sure the majority of people who work for Jan-pro are honest hardworking people. But the Administration of southwestern Ontario have really shady business practices. If you're a designer don't waste your time with them.

We operate 3 pain management clinics and during these times especially, we are taking the extra steps to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Jan-pro offers a fantastic treatment called EnviroShield. A service to disinfect the areas we cannot reach or see! The service was fantastic, friendly and so very efficient. They were able to accommodate all three of our clinics in the matter of a couple days. I would highly recommend JAN-PRO for ALL of your cleaning and disinfecting needs!
