My friend and I asked for a cup of water. She had ordered a drink. He gave her a small cup filled 1/5 way with tap water and said, "cant you share?" then proceeded to roll his eyes at me. I then realised he just may not be in the mood and asked his coworker for a cup instead. He then proceeded to laugh at me as I asked. I was served by a young Chinese guy. Horrible service.

Didn't try anything at this location, poor review is due to them not being able to accept my Jugo Juice gift card because they're not officially a Jugo Juice location - it's Jugo Juice and Presotea. Very frustrating since there are barely any Jugo Juice locations outside of downtown Toronto
Such a great location. Very good service and great loyalty program. Staff is always friendly and smoothies are always great. I wish there was a location in the Eaton Centre.
