Had a great experience dealing with Mac Wu and his sales manager Charles Mercier. Two men dedicated to professionalism. I purchased a gently used 2018 Velar and was treated the same as if I was buying a new one. Upon delivery Mac went the the extra mile to show me all the options controls and how to use them. There was no rush at all . He is a great salesman, a professional, with no pressure at all. I would highly recommend Mac and Cowell Land Rover.

I visited this place today with my husband, Salesperson Mac helped us. He was excellent in his salesperson skills. He was very professional. He explained all the specifications of the vehicle , we were looking for. He took us for test drive, he really explained how to use all the features. It was such a joyful experience. Just purchased a Jaguar f-pace from this dealership . I had multiple experiences with dealerships in the past but this one is by far the best one. Li Chen who handled my entire process was both friendly and professional and he managed to give me an answer for absolutely every question or concern I've had. He went above and beyond to give me the best experience even answering to my emails outside business hours and on weekends. They are presenting other optional services you can purchase with you car but they are definitely not pushy like other dealerships which make you feel uncomfortable. I wish I can give more than 5 stars to Li as he was one of the best sales person I've dealt with for a long time. When I will replace my car I will definitely come back to this place asking for Li :).
