We are so pleased with our new garage doors! Right from the beginning when I dropped by to chat with them they encouraged me to take samples home to make sure that I was completely happy with my choice. It took about 4 weeks for the install to happen. The fellows that came to install were very pleasant and proficient. They did a great job!! Thanks Jackson and James Garage Door Services! We are happy to pass your name on to our neighbours and friends who have asked about our beautiful new doors!

These people seem to think they own the parking lot. So frustrating when trying to access the back of the building and the employees do not move vehicles to allow traffic to flow. I watched at least four employees stare at me today as if I was parked in their shop. Maybe put some pylons to prevent ANYONE from turning into the section so vehicles don't get stuck in between these tight buildings and you wouldn't waste my time doing a 5 point turn trying to turn around. If this was the first time I would not be complaining but it is beyond frustrating as no one can access the rest of the building parking lot.
Jackson and James are just amazing. They replaced a smaller than average custom built new frame,door and opener for me and the result is awesome. I probably caused them some headaches but they took it all in their stride. From ordering materials(which arrived earlier than the time quoted)to fixing day(all up and running in an afternoon)to even removing the old materials/frame and door etc. Totally professional throughout. Everyone involved deserves a mention so here goes... Ken,Wanda,Richard,Linkoln,Chris,Steve and not forgetting Randy/Thanks for your efforts with the frame alterations that made it all work) Advice for your needs,fixing,to communication and after sales commitment is exceptional. I know there are other companies out there and you have to respect people’s choice but you ain’t gonna go far wrong if you give Jackson and James your undivided attention because they will certainly give you theirs.. Will recommend Jackson and James without a second thought. Thankyou everyone and....... Great Job!!
Excellent customer service. We had one of our neighbours collide with our garage door and the crew at Jackson and James came out right away to assess and help us remove a Jeep stuck inside. Once the new door was in, they installed without delay. A great experience. Would recommend.
I have been dealing with Jackson and James for 4 years on both a commercial and a personal residential basis and have never been less then impressed with their care, attention to detail and honesty. There have been times when things were delayed due to needing parts or other items, however I have always been openly communicated with, and the team has always had great personalities.
