Online ordering/shipping experience only. I have never been to the store. Great prices (almost questionably) and immediate shipping. Will certainly buy from them again. I've bought a kite, a kite-bar, a bunch of surfboard fins, and another order I can't seem to remember. Each was shipped next day at the latest. Very happy customer

I wish I could rate this lower but I'll keep the single star there for the staff members who are simply doing their job and are also kind. It is the owner and the way this business is run that I take issue with. We rented a paddleboard at about 4:30pm on a Sunday. We were provided with the boards, straps, and a paddle each. When out on the water, one of us took a fall and the paddle snapped. We returned all the equipment at around 5:30-6:00pm. We were charged for the daily rental, and for the cost of a brand new paddle (came to 280.00). While I understand charges for broken materials, I feel the owner through out an extortionate price and made his front-line sales staff deliver the bad news with no offer to reduce the rental price to assist in the slightest way. To top it all off, one of the staff members proceeded to tell us that he had broken two paddles in the course of two days during his own excursions, and that it was likely due to wear and tear on the equipment. We were not offered such leniency or consideration for amortization/wear and tear. Apparently he felt full price for used / repeatedly rented gear was fair. That's pretty poor business. I suggest paying a little more for higher quality equipment rental across the street (SUP boutique).

Amazing surf store!! I am so glad they have surfboard & skimboard wax at the store too. Because you can't buy surfboard & skimboard wax at Wasaga Beach.
