You can imagine my surprise when my kitchen tap unexpectedly snapped right off with warning (yes, with warning). Well it had been seizing up for some time. In my defense....I'm not very good with plumbing. Found Carl a retired plumber at Home Hardware and within minutes found the faucet I wanted within my budget, it was installed and Bob's your Uncle. I actually discovered Carl when I went in to purchase salt for the sidewalk during last ice storm. Very easy transactions both times and found everyone pleasant to deal with.

I use to order materials through J&K for jobsites and buy in store for smaller orders but I have found when I call anymore no one answers the phone at the service desk. Its sad the new management thinks this will keep customers coming. I am done trying to contact these people for materials. Some weeks we would spend thousands of dollars there. I now get materials from Home Depot a much better place to shop. J&K use to be a great store when Ken ran the store.
