Quick and friendly on a regular (non-covid) day and even with curbside pick-up. Knowledgeable and helpful staff who go out of their way find what you are looking for! Great team!

J&J’s Cards and Collectibles is, hands-down, my favourite board game source. They offer a vast selection at competitive prices. But what makes them special, and the main reason you should shop there, is their incredible staff. They have the largest selection of board games and puzzles I’ve ever seen in one place—stacked up as high as the ceiling in some places. And the variety they offer is mind-blowing, with familiar classics available next to games you’ve never heard of, but that are destined to become your new favourites. There are titles I couldn’t find anywhere else that J&J’s had. Despite this vast inventory, the staff knows about all of the games, can answer any question and are happy to offer recommendations. Want something with particular gameplay mechanics? A game suitable for a particular age group? One that works well for a specific number of players? They’ll give you a few options and explain what’s great about each one. I’ve never been disappointed with a purchase from J&J’s or my experience there.

Was able to buy gifts for every person on my list! They book appointments for shopping during busy hours which I appreciate- no waiting around outside and obviously not too busy inside. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and were able to kindly suggest games for anyone- young and old. I also love the wide variety of dice sets available! Always find more than I was looking for when I shop here.

Overall great staff. One major complaint is the hard to see signs for social distancing and the lady employee at the front getting a bit salty when you refuse their hand sanitizer. Improve those things and maybe stock newer items

This place has pretty much everything for the hobbyist. I haven't even explored the whole store. I know they have literal tons of board games and puzzles though. Prices are competitive but a little higher than places like 401 Games, but 401 Games is not close by. I make special trips out to KW just to come here. I would definitely come here more if I lived in the area. As you can see, the aisles are VAST. Not pictured is the wonderful puzzle aisle as well. The most puzzles I've seen in one place and well-organized.
