Worst customer service ever!! I did not receive what I paid for and when I inquired about it the rep became annoyed and asked me “ so what do you want?” I paid for a photographer to take 22 photos of a condo building, I received 21 photos, 11 of which were not taken that day and were just old photos that were low resolution. Some were not even of the right building! I would never use them again or ever recommend them to anyone!!! The absolute worst!! ZERO STARS!!!

I’ve been using IVR Tours for the last few years with much success. Their photographers take great photos, are comfortable working with realtors on which photos to shoot, and the photos are completed quickly and ready for use on our listings. The virtual tours are branded and unbranded. I can add panorama views as well. Prices are very well priced for the market. I am very happy with the customer service as well, which is so important. I would highly recommend them - and I do in my office - for photos and virtual tours and all the other goodies they offer on their website.
When I asked them to remove photos of my property from many years ago listed by an agent I don't know, they refused stating they can't (obviously a lie) and to contact the listing agent who is not reachable. These are photos of my private residence and should be removed from your website. Change your policy to respect people's privacy! Stay far away!
