My wife and I have been to Ithaka a number of times over the last 5 years and we've really enjoyed it every single time. The food has always been fantastic and at a good value. We've always had great service as well - it's usually quite busy and there can be a bit of a wait without a reservation but that's a good sign. We're not comfortable with eating at restaurants due to Covid-19 so haven't had a sit-down meal in the new location but we did order takeout once and the new place looks great. The food was as good as always but I was also amazed by how nice the staff was while I waited at the bar for a few minutes to pick up the order. The bartender, a couple of waitresses, and a manager all greeted me - it's definitely a nice \family run\ place.

We were celebrating an event and thought we would do this by having dinner Ithaka. We shared the Calamari appetizer and then we both had the Half Greek Ribs and Chicken Souvlaki dinner. They were all excellent and finished off with Tiramasu for dessert. Staff were so courteous and friendly as well. They really welcomed us and made our evening special. Thanks Ithaca!!

The food was fantastic, the customer service was even better. Adam is a case study for what good customer service looks like. There was a mix up on my second night ordering takeout from here and he could not have handled it better. Good customer service doesn’t mean eliminating human error entirely, it means knowing how to respond when occasional human error inevitably happens. I placed my order over the phone and Adam accidentally inputted my order as a rack of ribs instead of a rack of lamb chops. When I went to pick up my food, I noticed the wrong item listed on my receipt. Adam immediately did what so many in customer service fail to do - he acknowledged his error and apologized. He then went above and beyond in at least three additional ways to compensate for his mistake. To name just one: I took my calamari appetizer back to my hotel next door to eat while my lamb chops were being prepared. Adam took the initiative to find my phone number in the call log and let me know when my order was prepared. When you mess up and still inadvertently manage to get your customer to write their first ever restaurant review about your excellent customer service, you know you’re doing something right. Thoroughly impressed.
Oh my! My Daughter and I had a fabulous meal this evening. We started with Happy Hour glass of House white wine, Calamari and Saganaki appy. When our server 'Flamed' the cheese... WOW. The menu has so many choices, hard to choose just one main dish so we shared two.. Lovely ambience.
